hope this is not a dumb question as I am very new to WordPress and BuddyPress. I wonder if it is possible to set the BuddyPress so after logging in, every user automatically redirected to his/her page like this:

_http://mysite.com/members/username1/

or

_http://mysite.com/members/username1/activity/

first one is preferred for me.
