I am trying to add a JPEG to the top of my posts page – a sort of header for that page. This is purely for aesthetic reasons but it seems to be more difficult than I assumed. Does anyone have any tips or advice on hos to acheive this?

I am using a child theme made from the bp-default, which is now one single column. But I’m having difficulty re-locating the Buddypress Login. I would like to move it to the top right of the Header – does anyone know how to do this as I am completely stuck?
