									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I read the instructions again.  However there seems to be the issue of generating an .MO I can&#8217;t seem to do that.  When I try to drag my .mo and .po saved files into my directory I get a &#8220;Warning cannot write into a temporary folder&#8221;</p>
