Nothing out there I can find documentation on, but it doesn&#8217;t mean there isn&#8217;t. Since this plugins author is offering this plugin as a premium plugin then you should hold them to it to give you the support you need or demand a refund. Unless your comfortable editing database tables I would wait and see if the plugins author can get it fixed. Anyway that is just my suggestion. I am not familiar with the plugin or its author so I probably would not have used it in the first place but that is just how I work. Have you tried reverting to twenty twelve theme or bp-default theme to see if your issue persists?<br />
If so then try bulk deactivating all those plugins other than BuddyPress and then reactivate each one individually and test if the issue you are having persists against each one of those plugins as you reactive them individually.
