My first concern regarding this thread was to suggest that the BP core be changed to do this anyway &#8211; but as my luck would have it (if I understood you), that&#8217;s a WP feature and not a BP feature. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Someone on WP forums told me the reason the post form flies out to reveal &#8220;Post&#8221; and &#8220;Post To&#8221; form objects is jQuery. Server-side code is alien to me, and jQuery is something else altogether. I&#8217;d like to find out where it is and disable/amend it so the objects are never hidden.</p>

<p>I edited the .pot file in PoEdit which generated the .mo file. I moved both into the languages folder naming them buddypress-en_US. The codex instructions said to upload the .po file, so I assumed that means I&#8217;d have to rename the extension from .pot to .po, so I did that.</p>
<p>I have nothing.</p>
<p>What am I doing wrong?</p>
