<p>A couple of things to try:</p>
<p>	Check your spam email folder<br />
	Check with your hosting company that their mail server is set up and working</p>

<p>The template for the registration page would normally live here:</p>
<p><code>/your-theme/buddypress/members/index-register.php</code></p>
<p>You can edit that file if one has been set up by Mingle but as I say, I&#8217;m not sure what Mingle does because it&#8217;s code isn&#8217;t available.</p>

<p>I notice you&#8217;re using Mingle. It&#8217;s a premium theme so I&#8217;m not sure how their templates are set-up. Have you tried asking on the theme&#8217;s support page?</p>
