Your theme sets a very narrow width for a generic instance of &#8216;article.post&#8217; it later changes that to be wider if a single post or page class is on the body tag, this isn&#8217;t ideal!</p>
<p>You will need to add a ruleset like this:</p>

.buddypress article.post {width: 100%;}<br />
</code></p>
