Any plugin that adds features to the media library may need serious work per <a href="http://make.wordpress.org/support/2014/08/omg-wtf-bbq-post/" rel="nofollow ugc">http://make.wordpress.org/support/2014/08/omg-wtf-bbq-post/</a> So at this point, I suggest that you follow up with the rtmedia plugin authors about your issue.</p>
