<p>Can you try deleting the user via the front-end to see if the problem occurs? For example, sign up as a new user, then go to <code>members/username/settings/delete-account</code> &#8211; ensure you have the delete-account feature enabled in BuddyPress settings under the WordPress admin area. </p>
