As the admin I see at the individual site there are pending users but when try to view that page I get an error saying I do not have sufficient permission to access the page. This is the page:
wp-admin/users.php?page=bp-signups

It shows I have many pending users which I need to review.

I did this in the buddypress folder.

Without confusing things, should I have those folders and file within my theme folder instead? I don’t want to have other issues down the road if this is really needed.

It sits at the very bottom right and not visible without scrolling to the bottom of the page. Moving it directly under the Profile Details field would be ideal or somewhere closer making it visible without scrolling.
