<p>Are you using multisite? And when you say admin, do you mean super admin or just plain ol&#8217; admin?</p>
<p>Also, which theme are you using? Plugins activated?</p>

<p>Can you try with Twenty Fifteen and no plugins activated (aside from BP) and let me know what you find? The problem <em>could</em> be theme-related or perhaps due to a plugin conflict.</p>
