Are you using multisite? And when you say admin, do you mean super admin or just plain ol’ admin?

Also, which theme are you using? Plugins activated?

Can you try with Twenty Fifteen and no plugins activated (aside from BP) and let me know what you find? The problem could be theme-related or perhaps due to a plugin conflict.

@robjsinger No. You only need to add the file/s you want to revise and follow the directory structure.
