What plugin did you used? I assuming that you are using BuddyPress oEmbed for BuddyPress or BuddyPress Link. The problem is in those plugins rather than BuddyPress.

I have My plugins For Buddy Press like Album+ etc. When I’m about to create new album, it didn’t create but instead redirects me to Home page. Same as Creating a private message, instead of sending, it redirects me to Homepage.

I’ve look around in this forum but has no answer.
