i have same problem,
the error noticed : Please make sure folders bpmh-widgets and bpmh-widgets-temp exist in folder /wp-content/uploads
but i already create folder like bpmh-widgets and bpmh-widgets-temp.

My Wordpress version : 3.1 buddypress 1.2.8
