The proper way to enqueue scripts is wp_enqueue_scripts. You should open a topic on the plugin’s support forum mentioning that so a fix can be released

Under Settings > Reading > Front page displays, make sure the radio button for A static page is selected. Then from the Front page dropdown make sure you select your register page.
