									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Can anyone make a rec for the best plugin to create drop down menus?  I know how to add them manually but I don&#8217;t have the css skill to turn them into drop downs so I need to go the plugin route.  I&#8217;m using the default buddypress theme.</p>
