Is there a plugin to do so?

Is there a rss feed for forum topics? something like mysite.com/forums/feed?
I used the Buddypress Forum Extra plugin and using that, one could get the feed for group activities. Am specifically looking for rss feed for forum activities only (not the ones mentioning activity updates like X joined the group etc etc).

Please suggest. TIA.
