									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi, after updated bp to 1.7.2, all the groups with foreign words (Chinese in my case) in the url are having problem display correctly.<br />
If I copy and paste the url into the url address and enter the page will return Page not found.<br />
example: <a href="http://example.com/test一些中文/" rel="nofollow ugc">http://example.com/test一些中文/</a></p>
