									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I don&#8217;t know if there&#8217;s a way to do it natively in BuddyPress (I&#8217;m new here), but s2member can be used to create additional member fields that are only accessible to administrators, and I expect there are other plugins that offer similar functionality.</p>
