You can have the outward frontpage showing the yearly schedule &amp; upcoming events, but the discussions would be private and you&#8217;d have to register as a member. It&#8217;s important to me that the admins &amp; moderators have control over who creates a forum. Meaning no one, basically. I don&#8217;t want the boy scouts &amp; cub [&#8230;]</p>
