Here&#8217;s one: <a href="https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/" rel="nofollow ugc">https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/</a> You can try that plugin on a few images from the media library first and then run it for your whole site if you find it to be successful.
