I might strip a few bits out of the theme and see if I can locate what is causing the problem, but probably can’t get around to it for a couple of weeks. Then I reactivated on all the blogs with Plugin Commander and deactivated on the offending blog. It all seems to be working fine.

What would happen if I change the line Site Wide Only: from true to false and then activate the plugin on each site except the one causing the problem?
