<p>Can you explain what you&#8217;re trying to do? Profile photos (avatars) can be changed very easily without the need for a plugin.</p>

Nor do I see any forums installed at this point. Have you resolved this on your own then? If you do reactivate bbPress forums, change to one of WP default themes and deactivate all plugins except BuddyPress to ensure it&#8217;s not a theme/plugin conflict.</p>
