BuddyPress.org runs an old version of BuddyPress and bbPress because it hasn’t been upgraded. It will be upgraded to 1.2 very soon. The theme wasn’t released because you’d get copycat sites trying to confuse end users. It is also broken for new versions of BuddyPress.
