Actually, the bb-config.php file generated via internal forum installation by BuddyPress is located by default at the root of domain/subdomain/subdirectory where you installed WordPress. In other words, bb-config.php is at the very same level where you normally find wp-config.php file and the wp-content, wp-admin, and wp-includes folders. But thank you for trying to help out.
