Activation Email?

    So BuddyPress has been set up fine, registration is working. However the email that gets sent out when someone registers is the normal username, password and a link to login. Do people not get sent the activation email? Like this one..

    I installed the welcome pack to edit that email and when testing know that it is not getting sent. Is there something I need to configure?
