Ad share with authors

I have installed buddypress on my site and have found that there are very few plugins for ad sharing of which none work with buddypress.
I am looking to reward users with a % of adsense revenue from their posts. Google Adsense Api requires a 100,000 visits per month to be able to register so I can not use that route.
Need a qualified developer, preferably UK or US based that can help solve this issue.
