bbpress, buddypress, group heirarchy question

I have a wordpress, buddypress, bbpress, group heirarchy setup and have an issue with the bbpress forum. When I click on a groups forum, and then a topic It returns me the group page.
ie
http://website.com/groups/ ->
http://website.com/groups/group-parent/group-child/forum/ ->
http://website.com/groups/group-child/forum/topic/246379/ ->
http://website.com/groups/The Path loses the group-parent on the topic link. Weird thing that happens is when I page through the topics, it builds the correct topic path for all topics ie
http://website.com/groups/group-parent/group-child/forum/topic/246379/
Has anyone ever came across this before, or give me ideas on things to look out for. I think it might be something to do with the bb_meta table.

I haven’t experienced or had any reports of that issue. It works fine for me.
Can you provide any other details about your installation – versions of each component, any other plugins running, etc. ?
