Buddypress profile menu plugin shows on all menus

I just installed the Buddypress profile menu plugin to my site. My theme has two navigation menus and it has put the profile link at the end of both menus. Is there a way to only get it to show once?

uh oh! Now I don’t see the profile link on any navigation menu

if you are on a custom theme it might not work. I have it installed on bp-default and it works fine.
