Change welcome bar color?

    I am wondering how to change the color of the welcome bar so that it matches the rest of my site. I figured out that the welcome bar is a gif, but can’t seem to change the color of it in photoshop.

    I need to know how to change the color of the welcome bar, whether it’s a common gif that I can find online somewhere in multiple colors.

    yes, you can easily change the color of the gif in photoshop.

    For some reason when I tried to change it, it turned black. But thanks for letting me know that I can fix it in photoshop.

    open the gif: wp-contentmu-pluginsbp-coreimages

    photoshop:

    first set this:

    image>method>rgb color

    then you can use the color balance:

    image>adjustments>color balance

    i have an italian version of photoshop and so i’ve trying to translate the menu item names, hoping you can understand them
