    @sushkov

    Thanks @josemv.
    The Courseware component will get a group here on bp.org asap.
    :)

    I’m sorry but I I’m unable to install the plugin. It doesn’t seem to be a plugin… buddypress doesn’t recognize it at all. Any help?

    @sushkov, good stuff. Congratulations :-)

    @PJ, download the zip, and extract everything from `/2010/sushkov/branches/0.1/` to a directory named `courseware`.
    Move the directory to your plugins folder.

    Report if it works.
    Thanks.

    Thank you. “0.1” might have confused buddypress.

    I got it to install… and WOW this is going to be extremely helpful and fun to use!! Thank you very much!! =)

    Is there a way so Courseware only shows in one particular group and not all of the groups?

    @pjnu

    @LPH2005 … I see your point. It would be helpful to have Courseware hidden from groups unless they opt-in to using the plugin.

    I marked the plugin as RC (tested on clean install today, fixed a couple of aesthetic bugs).
    The download link: http://stas.nerd.ro/pub/data/2010_sushkov_trunk-r1053.zip

    @LPH2005, Not yet, I will probably add this option asap, mostly once we get the 0.1 release stable (which I plan very soon).

    @PJ, the dashboard warning, should be fixed now, also some other CSS fixes.

    As an educator, I am very much looking forward to this plugin. Thank you for developing this.

    Hi — I’ve got an initial version of eventpress ready.

    Download links:
    http://kunal-b.in/0.1/eventpress.tar.gz
    http://kunal-b.in/0.1/bp_custom_posts.tar.gz

    Installation:

    There are a few known bugs that I’ll be taking care of soon.

    @Mark: What kind of folder structure do you have? I had to do some trickery to pick up theme files from the plugin itself, without copy/pasting anything, and that seems to be causing a problem on your install.

    WP 3.0.1 BP 1.2.5.2 – shouldn’t it work the same as on everyone elses?
