Got some doubts.. if necessary i pay :)

Ok guys, last time i was getting an error that i could solve..
But now i got some doubts… first of them:

How i remove the WordPress info on the admin bar.
How i change the roles for the members to register? (That’s cause some friends registered in and then they havent received nothing and couldnt be able to login)

Please guys if you know anything tell me please.

Once again finding old threads helped me alot
Just had a bug with envolve chat that dont show me the website owner but show an admin if i create one.. what to do here?
