I released the buddypress group plus and would like to enable a support forum on buddypress.org so users could provide feed back but I’m not to sure what the procedure would be.

    Any info is greatly apriciated.

  • Hi, @cj-kruger !

You should be able to go to Admin > Settings > and tick “Enable discussion forum”. But just in case there’s some obscure bp.org bug preventing you doing this, I’ve just done it for you. :)

Oh, I see. It didn’t pick you up as the group admin automatically. I’ve just corrected it

First, Many thanks for this addition.

So far,v.1.2 appears to work as intended on a buddypress single site set-up.

However in a multisite set-up (local with define ( ‘BP_ROOT_BLOG’, 2 );) the BP Group Plus link does not appear under the BuddyPress admin menu.

Keep going if you have the time.

Hi CJ, unfortunately the plugin is not working with my site. I’m using buddypress 1.5.1

    Yes there’s a conflicting function – my_admin_menu

I will sort it out and also need to customize the group api. For future bugs and feedback – please use the bp group plus forum
