Second time testing plugin.
Forums appear if and only I register for an event. If not, forums remain absent.
After registering, I try to enter first forum post. Even though it gives an error, forum post is created but…messed with regular BP forum posts forming one single post.
Erased events, uninstalled plugin but forum tags created with EP still remain but, of course, point to nowhere.
Hmm—the forums are based around the standard bbpress installation and extend that. You just made me realize that I forgot to tie up forum post data with event data—deleting an event does not delete the corresponding forum at the moment; which is why the tag still exists.
I dug through bbpress code a bit and buddypress/bp-forums/bbpress/bp-includes/functions.bb-topic-tags.php, line 163 bb_destroy_tag seems like a likely solution for you at the moment. You need to pass the tag-ids that have to be destroyed (removed from all topics) and that should be it.
I have a similar problem. I have recently installed buddypress and at the end of every post I have tags with a list of some of my pages. Although each page has a link but when i click on it nothing happen. Also I dont want that line there especially it appears at the bottom of each post.
I can see you gave some tips how to remove tags but is it the same tags you are talking about?
Have a look at my site you will have an idea what am talking about.
Please be clear in your instruction how to remove the line of tags. l
