I’d like to list links to posts in specific categories in a sidebar, filtered by the author of the post.

For example; If the category is “favorite recipes”, when a user views a recipe post posted by “Sally”, all the other recipes posted by Sally would appear in the sidebar under “Favorite Recipes”. Favorite recipes posted by other authors would not appear.

Alternatively, I could add “Sally” as a tag, and filter by both Tag and category.
Can you recommend a method or plugin that will allow me to post links in a side bar filtered by two criteria as above?
