Logout issue returns in BP 1.2.6

Running Rockettheme Affinity 1.2 for BP 1.2.6 on WP 3.0.1
All of my BP 1.2.5 sites’ log out links work well using the fixes in trac 3142 ( http://trac.buddypress.org/changeset/3142 ). Now, I just upgraded to 1.2.6, and the issue has returned…
When members log out from the admin bar, they remain logged in. On a second attempt to log out, WordPress gives them a message asking if they want to log out.
Anyone else having this issue?
