Permalinks Error? Please Help!

So i just installed Buddypress(v1.6.5) plus some extra plugins for Buddypress on my WordPress(v3.5.1) site, but when i try to reach a page it says:
Not Found
The requested URL /WP-SITE/page/ was not found on this server.
I\’m using localhost(wamp) while now!
This only happens ones my permalinks are set to something else than the default? When i set it as default it works fine, but all the pages are just white. I also get a yellow box from the Buddypress plugin at the top in my admin-panel that says my permalinks needs to be set to something else than default!
