Remove User from Dashboard doesn’t Remove their Profile/Activity

I noticed today while going through some members that removing users from the Dashboard doesn’t seem to remove their profiles or their activity. You can still see them in the member’s list on the website etc.

If I go straight through the front-end of the website – by clicking on their profile then at the top of the screen selecting “Admin Options” and “Remove User” then the profile goes away.

Is this a known bug? What do you think could be causing the dashboard “remove user” ability not delete their profiles?

    Thanks

  • Could be a bug. From wp-admin/users.php, do you mean? What versions of BuddyPress and WordPress are you using?

I don’t think that’s a bug. I think I’ve seen the same. The activity for sure isn’t deleted. I’m not sure they’re connected, so it might be hard to remove it.

If a multisite….Are the members being deleted from the Main site Superadmin Users option versus main site standard user options list? or a subsites user options list?
