[Resolved] member directory listing: count is correct, but not all members listed

    When I display the “members directory” page, it will show an “all members” count that is greater than the number of members listed on the page (even when choosing alphabetical list).
    In other words, the count is correct, but the newest members aren’t listed. They don’t appear when I change listing to “newest registered” either.
    If a new member joins, then the “missing members” are suddenly listed on the members directory page, but the new member is not.

    Hi! This issue is usually the result of a user not logging in after activating their account. After they activate their account, and then log in the first time they should be listed in the members directory from then on. Hope this helps!
