Sharing a users favorite list!

first question is: is it possible for other users to view each others favourites list?
If so how would one go about doing this? if anyone wants to know why !I’m using the favourites function exclusively with a custom post and my users save these posts to their collections (favourites). So I want be able to share these collection with other users or even go so far as having them on a page with tags and so on so my users can sort through them.
Any help is much appreciated.
