Hi, i want to create a BuddyPress Android client, but i need to know how can I connect to BuddyPress. I tried the XML-RPC Receiver plugin, but it’s not working.

On the Brazilian forum, they told me that BuddyPress uses post_types and that I could use the default XML-RPC WordPress server, but i don’t know what post_types BuddyPress uses (if it uses)!

Anyone can help me?

BuddyPress doesn’t use custom post types, and doesn’t have an XML-RPC API yet (well, not that I’m aware of).

I guess your first stage is to implement your own XML-RPC interface for the specific BuddyPress functions you want to hook into.

ok, so I will hack on https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/buddypress-xmlrpc-receiver and see what I can do.

The current version of this plugin isn’t working (authentication fails), if someone can help me I appreciate, i really need this
