The header for the TOS section is being shown even when I don&#8217;t have the TOS checkbox marked. The fix is super-easy:</p>
<p>In bpxs-core.php, just move the line the line that shows the header<br />
<code>options-&gt;signup_title ) ?&gt;</code> </p>
<p>two lines down, inside the <code>if</code> statement.</p>
