<p>Thanks for the suggestion there. I&#8217;ve had a look through the header.php and cant find div id=&#8221;nav_row&#8221; or any calls to the wp_nav_menus in that file. Any more suggestions on where I should put that code?</p>

I de-activated all plugins and the admin bar still doesn&#8217;t show.<br />
&#8220;Hide admin bar for logged out users&#8221; is ticked as No.<br />
I am using the theme &#8220;BuddyPress Default 1.2.7 by BuddyPress.org&#8221; and the admin bar isn&#8217;t showing.<br />
