And most of the BP users community <a href="http://buddypress.org/community/groups/buddypress-usernames-only/forum/topic/get-rid-of-the-name-field-upon-registration/" rel="nofollow ugc">love anonymous usernames</a>, because they use Buddypress primarily as an old-fashioned forum. <p>Buddypress profile fields are not standard Wordpress though. They&#8217;re in complicated database tables called xprofile, so if you want to integrate it with anything else fuggedaboutit. You&#8217;ll need custom coding.</p>
