How do I fix this? </p>

I&#8217;m about to use cube points on some of my communities and I&#8217;m going to set the values really low there because I do see how users can rack up points really quickly and if you&#8217;re offering them as incentives like I&#8217;m going to be, treat it as karma. </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>every time i try to upload an avatar for the test group there, it displays the action and then two non-clickable prompts &#8211; avatar crop, avatar preview. It doesn&#8217;t display the avatar I try to upload at all, and then at the bottom it shows a post command to crop the image. Click it and then nothing. Is it a permissions issue? </p>
