									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://buddypress.org/community/members/ssavvy/" rel="nofollow ugc">@ssavvy</a> default way is to go to Settings &gt; BuddyPress &gt; Settings &#8211; Groups &gt; Group Creation and make sure the Setting is disabled. Then you could set up a Blog Post or Forum Post or Contact form where users who want to create a group can contact you. You set it up for them and make them admins and remove yourself from admin if you prefer.</p>
