Hello,

I’m trying to be patient because I know help here is free, and I am very appreciative. However, this damn problem will not be resolved and it needs to be resolved quickly.

I did a fresh install of BP – Nouveau. In Settings/General, I checked anyone can register as a subscriber. I also used the BP Repair Tools. Did not work. New subscribers are not received activation emails.

The BP install did not give me the two emails associated with Members. I do not have the emails below and it would be very helpful if you can share with me a copy of them. If I can see the templates, I can then copy it.

Pls share with me a copy of the email templates. If you can nail down the problem, then pls give me that feedback as well.
