I am working on some custom code to add a FB style list of users to activity items that have been favourited. All is working well except I cannot seem to change a logged in user’s link items to “You” instead of the display name.

Is there a way to filter the Logged In User link generated by BP to show all links to the logged in account as YOU instead of the user’s display name?

I think it would make the experience much more personal

You’ll want to take a look at the bp_get_displayed_user_nav() function.

There’s a filter there that applies to each menu item, which you can hook into and override.
