During signup/registration, facebook let celebrities, bands, companies etc create their own page.

Does BuddyPress offer “Create a Page” for Celebrities, Bands, Companies etc like Facebook?

Please advise.

buddy press currently don;t allow such a feature. i dunno any plugins doing either

look at this.. u can rename the current group component to pages if you wish ..
