    Disabling the Ajax functionality for the main stream would be a bad idea.. it would kill the activity stream.. not sure if it’s even possible. What type of problems do you have with Ajax? Could be plugin related (JS conflict). Also what theme are you using?

    It is default theme with same css changes. At the begining everything was ok, but after installation some plugins, activity stream loader doesn’t work. E. g. when I click on “Load more” or I want change tab (All members, My friends…) I see loader, but it does not refresh the page…
    Probably you are right and it is JS conflict, but I do not know what to do. Unfortunately, I need all those plugins…

    Try disabling your plugins and see if that fixes it. Also make sure to search the forums for more ideas about troubleshooting javascript problems (here and wordpress.org)
