BuddyPress

For some reason BuddyPress is showing the site name as the admin’s username (@Three Word Name). I’m not sure if I did something wrong, or if it is a BuddyPress issue. No other users have this problem.

This creates an issue with the Edit Profile link. It doesn’t like the spaces in the username so it can’t find the edit profile page. When I look at the list of users in wp-admin/users, it lists the username correctly as “admin”

Any ideas of how I can fix this?

The admin’s username is “admin” however, in Buddy Press, the profile shows:
Police Records Management
@Police Records Management

The “@Police Records Management” is creating a lot of problems with the links in BuddyPress because of the spaces. Any ideas how I can change it to either “@admin” or “@PoliceRecordsManagement”?
